All of our animals are sold as "Companion Pets" only. We DO NOT guarantee the color, size, breeding or show quality of any puppy or miniature horse, only the health of the animal at the time of sale against life threatening illness that may be discovered during the 72 hour health guarantee. Read guarantee below. We can only give a guesstimation of the potential adult weight through parents’ sizes and a chart we refer to. We require a Non-Refundable deposit to hold a puppy or miniature horse for you with the balance due in full when animal is either picked up or delivered. If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you will lose your deposit and all monies paid toward the animal and the animal will be relisted as available.

By doing this you are agreeing to the terms of contract / guarantee below. Puppy / dog or Miniature Horse can not be picked up or will not be shipped until contract / guarantee is agreed to and is sent to us by either email or U.S. Postal Mail.

The buyer named above has agreed to place a Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable deposit for the above animal in the amount of ________________. The balance is due in full by __________. If the balance is not paid in full by this date or if the buyer decides not to purchase the animal for "Any Reason" the animal will be relisted for sale and the buyer will lose their deposit.

The breeders, Cleveland and Avery Pitcher guarantee this animal to be in good health at the time of sale and give the buyer a 72 hour health guarantee against life threatening illness. Vaccinations and De-worming medication will be given prior to your animal going home. Please keep all vaccinations up to date per your record to keep your new family member safe and healthy. Keep your new animal away from other pets, Veterinary floors, grass areas, shoes and parks until all vaccinations are completed and do not let your animal on high places where it may fall and get injured as well as things that are dangerous and can cause choking hazards.

The buyer has 72 hours from the day they receive their animal to have a licensed Veterinarian exam the animal for life threatening illness (at buyers costs). If your animal is found to have a life threatening illness during the 72 hour health guarantee time, the buyer must notify the breeders within 24 hours of the diagnosis with the following information:

1.) Date of exam

2.) Name, address, city, state, phone number of the licensed Veterinarian that examined the animal

3.) Diagnosis and all medical records

4.) Autopsy if needed to determine cause of death.

If the buyer decides to have the animal treated and not return the animal back to the breeders within the 72 hour guarantee time, the buyer will be responsible for all medical costs and this guarantee becomes void. If the buyer returns the animal, all of the above requested information must be provided as well as any registration papers. All shipping/delivery charges to return the original animal and to receive the replacement animal will be the responsibility of the buyer. Under no circumstances will the breeders be responsible for any Veterinary bills incurred or shipping/delivery costs.The breeders will then have their Veterinarian exam the animal and if the breeders Veterinarian agree with the diagnosis of a life threatening illness, the breeders will replace the animal with another one of the same value when one becomes available "and replacement is the only option, we do not give cash refunds". If the animal does not have any of the above mentioned life threatening conditions the buyer may take the animal back at buyers cost, if the buyer declines no replacement animal or refund will be given.

The breeders do not guarantee the color, size, breeding or show quality of the animal. This 72 hour health guarantee does not cover: A dislike in the animal, allergies, landlord issues, hypoglycemia, bite, patella, small open fontanel (common in toy breeds), undescended testicles (some testicles may not drop until six months of age, some may never drop), umbilical hernia, colic, laminitis, founder, west nile virus, sleeping sickness, accidents that may happen on the buyers premises, Coccidia which may be caused from stress of shipping, new home, change of food and water and is treatable. This guarantee DOES NOT cover "anything that is treatable" and that will not cause death, if properly treated. After the 72 hour health guarantee expires this sale is final.
